Search startup You.com has unveiled a chatbot with artificial intelligence that can respond to user questions in natural language and surface related information like code snippets and graphs.
The chatbot’s debut was announced by TechCrunch. You.com launched YouChat, an AI chatbot, in December last year. It can respond to user queries in natural language. It is based on the C-A-L large language model, which was created internally. You.com, a multimodal search chatbot that just made its debut, is an improved version of YouChat.
You.com claims that in addition to producing text answers, its new multimodal chatbot also surfaces other kinds of information in response to search queries. YouChat can generate software code for developers who need help with a coding task.
