Xojo 2024 Release 2: New Database Features, iOS Privacy Support, and Over 170 Enhancements

Xojo, Inc. has announced Xojo 2024 Release 2, which introduces new features such as Database Connection project items for Desktop, Web, and Console projects, Control Sets for Web projects, support for the iOS privacy manifest, and over 130 other changes and 40 new features.

Xojo Founder and CEO Geoff Perlman highlighted that the new database connection feature aims to simplify the process of connecting Xojo projects to databases, making app development more efficient for users of all levels.
