WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. declared the development of a 3D-CNN hologram classification algorithm. The deep learning-driven algorithm uses computer vision and a convolutional neural network to build classifiers for classifying targets in holograms.

A 3D stereo hologram input accurately captures the target’s shape and spatial attributes. 3D-CNN can extract 3D features of many resolutions and integrate them to enhance classification performance. The training model performs supervised learning using labeled holograms. At the same time, the back-propagation algorithm optimizes the model parameters.
