Salesforce Inc. unveiled a collection of integrated tools that data scientists and engineers can use to create safe applications for artificial intelligence using the company’s data stored in the Salesforce Data Cloud.
A “bring your own model” strategy is used by Einstein Studio and is compatible with the SageMaker and Vertex services from Google LLC and Amazon Web Services Inc. Einstein Studio is referred to by Salesforce as the “first real-time data platform for customer relationship management”.
The company said it can be used with a wide range of sales, service, marketing, commerce, and general information technology applications.
