Robotics data startup Roboto raises USD 4.8M to assist developers in using AI to save time

Roboto Technologies Inc., a startup that has raised USD 4.8 million and come out of stealth mode, aims to use artificial intelligence to help robotics developers create robots more quickly.

The Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence and FUSE Ventures joined Unusual Ventures, an early-stage investment company, in leading the seed round. The company claimed that by inquiring of it about their datasets, developers could use it to learn anything they required.

Researchers could use the AI to find information about their platforms just as easily as they could with natural language queries about sensor data, camera images, or other inputs.
