The SaaS and data licensing company REcore, LLC is set to acquire proprietary technology developed by NorthstarMLS, and it will also become a shareholder in REcore. This deal marks the second time the two companies have done business together.
Last year, NorthstarMLS licensed REcore’s REcenterhub dashboard, which their 22,000-plus subscribers now use. REcore is committed to modernizing MLS technologies and sees great potential in NorthstarMLS’s proprietary tech.
