PagerDuty introduces AIOps to reduce incident response noise

PagerDuty Inc., an observability company, today announced the general availability of its AIOps solution to give DevOps and IT teams greater incident automation capabilities by lowering noise and labor.

Monitoring apps and infrastructure to stay ahead of potential issues is a never-ending task for developers, information technology teams, and site reliability engineers.

The first responders are the ones who get the alert when an incident occurs and are then inundated with a deluge of information that can be difficult to sort through.
