Opal Kelly has announced the XEM8370-KU11P, a compact FPGA module featuring the AMD Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA. The module includes high-speed serial transceiver pairs, USB 3.0 Type C connectivity, DDR4 DRAM memory, and multiple onboard power supplies.
It is designed for apps such as LIDAR, RADAR, software-defined radio, advanced photonics, and high-frame-rate machine vision. Opal Kelly’s FrontPanel SDK fully supports the module, enabling software hardware integration and reducing development time and risk.
