Mobiveil Enhances IoT Devices with AP Memory’s UHS PSRAM Integration for Superior Performance and Efficiency

Mobiveil, Inc. has adapted its PSRAM controller IP to use AP Memory’s Ultra High Speed (UHS) PSRAM device. The collaboration aims to offer greater performance and power benefits to IoT app designers.

The interface between Mobiveil’s controller and AP Memory UHS PSRAM device provides high performance and low power design for system-on-chip (SoC) designers.

AP Memory’s UHS PSRAM device features ultra-high bandwidth, low power consumption, and low pin count. It supports densities from 64Mb to 512Mb in x8/x16 modes and operates up to a max frequency of 1066MHz.
