Mattermost, a secure collaboration platform for technical teams, has announced integrations with ServiceNow and GitLab’s workflows.

According to Mattermost, the solution will increase productivity and lower risk by enabling businesses to adhere to strict security guidelines and giving technical teams the ability to seamlessly connect with leading digital workflow and DevOps platforms from ServiceNow and GitLab, respectively.

The flexible, open source, secure collaboration platform from Mattermost, which offers team messaging, audio calling, screen sharing, process automation, and project management and can be self-hosted or used as a SaaS service, is the foundation for the incident escalation workflows with ServiceNow and GitLab.
