Benchmarks for AMD’s Ryzen 7 8700G and Ryzen 5 8600G APUs have been leaked, showing performance slightly behind that of Ryzen 7000 non-X SKUs. The 8000G series is based on Phoenix, and Phoenix 2 chips are generally a little behind in frequency and have half the L3 cache per core.
This will likely impact gaming performance, but the APUs are still expected to perform well for most everyday tasks. However, these are unofficial benchmarks, so the results should be taken with a pinch of salt until they can be verified.
