JFrog revealed new features to increase the security of software releases

JFrog has introduced the beta version of the Artifactory release lifecycle management platform, which will standardize and track development processes with increased accountability and security.

According to the company, development organizations can now confidently attest to the quality and security of software releases with JFrog Artifactory’s new capabilities. With the aid of this tool, developers can consolidate a release candidate and all of the related artifacts into a single, signed, and immutable bundle that can be advanced to production.

According to Yoav Landman, co-founder and CTO at JFrog, “What prompted this release is the lack of standardization of software release processes within organizations, which requires an increase in customization by engineering and platform teams.
