Intel becomes a ‘Premier’ member of the PyTorch Foundation

In an effort to accelerate the development of AI, Intel joined the PyTorch Foundation as a “Premier” member.

Popular open-source framework PyTorch quickens the development of AI applications and encourages experimentation that may result in ground-breaking discoveries. Originally created by Meta AI, the framework is now a part of the Linux Foundation.

With a clear vision to democratize AI access through widespread hardware availability and open software solutions, Intel’s involvement with PyTorch dates back to 2018.

Intel has focused on enhancing PyTorch’s capabilities and ecosystem in order to enable an environment where AI innovation thrives in order to create a “AI Everywhere” future.
