Gupshup introduces an enhanced domain-specific ACE LLM for industrial use

Gupshup Inc., a conversational engagement platform for marketing and support automation, has announced the launch of a new family of domain-specific generative artificial intelligence large language models.

The company says it is tailored for customer support, marketing, commerce, human resources, information technology, and enterprise business uses.

The new domain-specific models, dubbed ACE LLM, let business users create software that can draw on internal business knowledge to create conversational experiences that blend natural language with industry-specific knowledge.

Compared to other models on the market, these models offer more accurate, human-like responses and perform knowledge work at a faster and larger scale because they have been tuned for those particular industries.
