GitHub has announced the general availability of Enterprise Server 3.10 with new security capabilities, including the support for custom deployment rules.
Now that GitHub Projects is generally available in Enterprise Server, admins will have better insight into issues and changes made by developers. To ensure that only “the deployments that pass all quality, security, and manual approval requirements make it to production,” the code hosting platform says teams using GitHub Actions can now create their own unique deployment protection rules.
Administrators now have more control over the management and security of runners in GitHub Actions with the new release.
