Frogwares has declared itself the exclusive publisher across all platforms of The Sinking City. This follows a protracted legal dispute between Frogwares and Nacon, the game’s original PC publisher.
In the upcoming weeks, updates for the PC version will be available on Steam, Epic Games, GOG, and Gamesplanet. “All of the previous bug fixes and optimizations will be included in this latest version, along with some important notes for current Steam and Epic Games Store owners,” Frogwares said.
According to Frogwares, Nacon violated the terms of their agreement by allegedly falsifying IP ownership, withholding at least €1 million in royalties, and other offenses.
