Databricks Promotes Open-source Chatbot as an Inexpensive ChatGPT Alternative

A San Francisco-based start-up reveals an open-source code company could utilize to build their chatbots in line with ChatGPT. The code is an AI model, an algorithm trained on data sets, and can then learn from new data to accomplish numerous tasks. The launch focused on delivering an alternative to train an AI model known as a large language model with robust resources and computing power. However, no official benchmark studies have been published to demonstrate that the bot matched ChatGPT’s performance, said Ali Ghodsi, CEO of Databricks.
