Cosmonic, a WebAssembly PaaS (platform as a service), has reached the open beta stage. With the launch, Cosmonic now offers Cosmonic Connect, a collection of connectors that make it easier to integrate third-party technologies with WebAssembly, such as Kubernetes.

The Cosmonic PaaS, which is based on the Cosmonic-maintained wasmCloud project, aims to give developers the ability to scale WebAssembly, or Wasm, applications across various devices, CPUs, and clouds. The Wasm runtime offered by wasmCloud enables programmers to run applications on servers, iOS mobile devices, and web browsers.

By clicking Launch on cosmonic.com, users can register for the Cosmonic open beta. A developer preview of Cosmonic was released in October of last year.
