Chinese online retailer Inc. has revealed plans to release a ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence chatbot with features similar to those of OpenAI LLC’s ChatGPT.

According to reports, ChatJD, the chatbot developed by, is an “industrial version” of ChatGPT. It is anticipated to give special attention to use cases in the retail and financial industries. For their e-commerce websites, ChatJD might enable online retailers to automatically create product summaries, claims CNBC.

According to reports, the chatbot can also “help with financial analysis.” is reportedly planning to use its knowledge of e-commerce, logistics, and financial services to give ChatJD an advantage over competing services.
