The latest iteration of the Asus Dual RTX 4060 graphics card, the V3, features a simpler fan shroud design and smaller fans. However, it retains the exact performance specifications as its predecessors.
Compared to earlier versions, the V3 has almost the same dimensions as the V2 but comes with changes to the heatsink and smaller fans. It is available in both standard and overclocked editions. For users seeking more power, MSI’s RTX 4060 Gaming X offers a larger option. Meanwhile, Gigabyte’s RTX 4060 WindForce is recommended for a smaller build.
The launch of the V3 may indicate Asus’s efforts to optimize the design and reduce production costs. This revision could also be aimed at reviving sales, especially with the next-generation RTX 50-series successor not expected for several months.
