  • It is easy to move expectations as contents

Disadvantages of RAD

  • It can’t be utilized for more minor activities and requires expertise
  • Progress and issues are hard to track due to lack of documentation
  • When a project expands beyond a single team, the development cycle invariably slows and hampers the project’s objectives.

When to Use RAD?
