Amazon announces general availability of CodeCatalyst AWS developer tools

Amazon Web Services Inc. has announced the general availability of Amazon CodeCatalyst, a unified software development service designed to reduce the amount of time required for development teams to build and deploy applications on AWS.

According to AWS, it provides them with all the tools they need to create cloud instances and infrastructure, write and acquire code, work together with coworkers, and automate testing, delivery, and deployment.

In its initial preview release at AWS re:Invent 2022, CodeCatalyst was positioned by Amazon as a tool for expert developers to launch applications on AWS using DevOps best practices.
