The company plans to leverage cloud marketplaces to leverage buyers’ cloud budgets, open multiple avenues to trade, and partner with companies that add value on the DevRev platform. In the modern era of SaaS, partnerships are taking a new form, evolving from pure consulting and implementation hours into a more repeatable trading of partner apps and plugins (“snap-ins”). B2B marketplaces, particularly SaaS, are becoming the app – Stores emulating discovery, trust and revenue sharing over the past decade.

“AWS Marketplace will give DevRev access to the buyer’s already committed cloud spend, accelerate deals through easier sourcing, and foster partnerships,” said Manoj Agarwal , President and Co-Founder of DevRev. DevRev believes cloud marketplaces are an important lever for the launch will be – along with product and community-based growth strategies with its own marketplace .

Powered by AWS, DevRev puts product and end-user data at the heart of your business. The data is brought together across departments in a single collaboration and analysis platform called DevCRM. The DevCRM platform syncs GitHub, Jira, legacy CRMs and events with DevRev’s issues, complaints and conversations in real-time. This is how managers—technical support managers, project managers, and customer success managers—can increase user adoption and retention.

DevRev Product-Led Support is the first app on the DevCRM platform that converges in-app and modern customer channels with a scalable, customizable customer service platform tightly tied to technical issues. The platform empowers engineers with product and end-user data, helps reduce churn rates, cut costs by more than 50%, and grow efficiently.

DevRev has raised more than $70 million in one of the largest seed funding rounds in Silicon Valley history. For early transformation partners building on the DevCRM platform, the company opened its SAFE investment vehicle this quarter. For more information on DevRev’s funding or investor relations, please click here .
